We recommend wearing comfortable and casual clothing.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing as you will be on your back, front and/or side for a session.  Trager® can also be given to those who need to sit or be in a wheelchair.  Earrings and necklaces need to be removed or left home.

Yes, we have reserved visitor parking spaces available for our clients along with handicapped accessible accesses and spots around the building.

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the workshop start time. After that, no refunds will be given.
